How we changed the recipe:
1/3 cup Cottage cheese
1 egg
3 tablespoons Cocoa Powder
2 tablespoons ChocZero Maple Syrup replacement
2 tablespoons ChocZero Baking Chips
1/4 teaspoon (id double it) Instant espresso powder
90 seconds in the microwave
Peanut Butter variation-
1/3 cup cottage cheese
1 egg
3 tablespoons cocoa powder
2 tablespoons of swerve
2 tablespoons peanut butter
2 tablespoons keto white chocolate chips
90 seconds in the microwave

More info below: These low carb Chocolate Chip cookies are truly the best Ive ever had. Whether you are on a low carb eating plan or Keto you are going to want to try these! Coming in at about 3 net carbs per cookie you will be able to indulge without any remorse! These low carb cookies do not have any grainly almond four taste! Youre going to love them for your keto or low carb lifestyle!

NOTE: I did net carbs because many are intersted in that number when utilizing sweets. IF you want to make these with TOTAL carbs, I would suggest using Truvia which is lower in total carbs.
Then they would be about 6.8 per cookie. You should also then utilize Choc Zero which is lower in total carbs.

Barrett House Chocolate Chip Cookies
Makes 14-16 cookies

1 cup SUPER FINE almond flour
1/4 cup coconut flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
Pinch of salt
1 stick of butter, softened
1/2 cup sugar free sweetener
1 egg
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1/2 C SF chocolate Chips

Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes

About 2-3 carbs per cookie

5 MINUTE OVENLESS CAKE! How to Make Keto Chocolate Cake – Dairy Free!

No bake chocolate cake

Serves: 10
Batter Makes:
2 x 6” cake
1 x 8” cake

Directions:
Prepare a microwave safe bowl or silicone pan and add parchment paper and spray release
Add all ingredients to the bowl and mix
Pour into microwave safe bowl and cook at 2 minutes at a time
Cook until done
Allow to cool remove from the dish and plate.
Heat both the chocolate chips and almond milk until all well combined.
Cool for 2 minutes and pour over the cake.
Enjoy.
